Project objective

The objective of this project is to improve the performance predictability of shrimp production through strengthened biosecurity that reduces disease risks and impacts, leading to increased exports earnings and job opportunities for rural communities in southern Belize by designing and implementing a Biosecurity Aquaculture Zone Management Plan (BAZMP).
